The Propelia Podcast is a student-produced series featuring conversations with nonprofit leaders, changemakers, and social innovators.

What is the Propelia Podcast?

Every nonprofit leader has a story of what drove them to their work, the obstacles they’ve faced, and the change they’re still fighting for. The Propelia Podcast exists to share those stories with a student audience, and it’s entirely produced by students like you.

As a podcast volunteer, you’ll be involved in the full journey of an episode, from research and preparation to the interview itself to helping shape the final product.

What roles are available?

Host

You'll conduct the interview, guiding a conversation with a real nonprofit leader. Hosts prepare thoroughly, ask thoughtful questions, and bring warmth and curiosity to every episode.

Researcher

You'll build the briefing documents that make our interviews sharp. Researchers dig into the guest's organisation, background, and sector so no one walks in unprepared.

Producer

You'll help coordinate episode logistics, assist with editing notes, and ensure episodes come together smoothly from start to finish.
